Building Cars24 has made that gap visible to me. This is where I write down what the operating system behind the transaction teaches us about lending, ownership, protection, and institution building.
The principles are practical: begin with the human problem, design the whole system, make ownership explicit, stay constructively paranoid about weak signals, and preserve what the organisation learns.
